I'm a nursing graduate who used to
work for United Healthcare Insurance (UHC)
as a Provider Service Advocate and am
familiar with how the process works. One of
my responsibilities was to initiate a prior
authorization, and I was also a member of
the benefits and eligibility department and
medical claims where I handled benefits
and eligibility and medical claims. I
understand that this is all somewhat
related to the job position that I'm applying
for, but I'm also willing to go through
training to learn and equip new skills
whenever it’s necessary
