Description
I am interested in the available positions in your organization and believe that my diverse experience makes me a strong candidate. With almost two years of experience as an Accounting Assistant in the Trading Industry, I have developed expertise in monitoring accounts, handling payroll, and managing collections. I have also honed my communication and customer service skills through roles in market research and customer service. Additionally, I have experience in social media marketing, leadership and logistics.
I began my journey in the mortgage industry in 2021 as a loan coordinator, also known as a loan processor. My responsibilities included handling third-party orders for appraisals, titles, HOI, VOE, flood insurance, payoff statements, VOM, and VOR if needed for the file, as well as HOA documents for PUD and condo properties. I reviewed these documents upon receipt to ensure their accuracy before submitting them to the underwriters for further review. Unfortunately, the company downsized, and I was among those laid off.
I then joined AmWest Funding as a Loan Processor Assistant. In this role, I coordinated with Loan Officers, Account Executives, and all parties involved in the file. My duties included collecting and fulfilling all UW conditions, following up until all necessary documents were obtained for the file to close, and reviewing documents to ensure everything was correct, aiming to close files on or before the closing date.
I am confident that my experience and skill set make me a suitable candidate for the available position, and I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to showcase my abilities.
