I've Been with bpo industry for almost 7 years as customer service representative/sales agent and technical support. We handled billing, upgrades and sales promotion to different device . Had appointment setter experience as well in solar panels campaign. I was able to develops strong skill set that may comes in line with the qualifications you need on you company. In my previous company we have a monthly metrics to meet for us to get our bonus so we are striving to get metric goal every month. I undergone different various training and seminars to improved my knowledge and skills for customer service and appointment settings. I'm willing to learn and to be train. I'm really looking for a long term goal that i know your company can provide me.
