Description
I have been working to ask the leads which benefit they are interested in so that I can email them and assist them with filling out the form. Also, after 3 months I got transferred to another campaign for a disability benefit. I work as an outbound call and receive calls to determine if the leads are qualified to speak with an attorney specializing in Social Security disability income. Also, I have been working as a customer service representative for 6 months to help our policy holders on how to update and check their policies. After 6 months, I was also transferred to a backroom as email support to answer all the client's requests, to provide and check the requirements if they can update or request the claims benefits. also, to give a basic troubleshooting step to access their portal.
