Hi, I'm MJ, and I’ve been working as a Virtual Assistant for 6 years. I started part-time in 2019, and when the pandemic hit, I transitioned to full-time remote work.
With 8 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a high-volume call center, as well as 6 years of experience as an Executive/Admin Assistant. In these roles, I effectively managed various administrative tasks such as calendar management, booking travel, handling emails, processing payments, data entry, customer service liaison, and client coordination. I also managed social media, assisted with sales, and took on data entry responsibilities.
Additionally, as a Subject Matter Expert, I supported new team members with training and guidance. I led a team of six while managing multiple clients as an Executive Assistant, which allowed me to develop new skills and gain hands-on experience.
