My most recent work was with GetVWire as their healthcare virtual assistant, my scope is doing Insurance verification so I am the one calling the insurances to confirm if their insurance is still active, I am also the one in charge of setting appointments, office front desk- so if someone has inquiry about the services that we offer I am the one who assist them, also I send emails to the offices with the reports that the Dr came up with, I also create charts or profile to the new patient and s asking their referral and prior authorization before setting up an appointment, the tools that I have experience for healthcare are Dentrix, Open Dental and AdvancedMD.
