I have 6-year experience working in corporate industry under different departments (accounting as a billing clerks, sales department as secretary and marketing department as secretary and eventually became a marketing specialist.)
Tasks includes are data entry, invoicing, monitoring, checking of documents, answering customer inquiries via phone call, email or messenger, collaboration with cross-functional departments and extracting data from the company’s softwares.
Right now, I am a service provider in an agency. This work is remote in CST.
We are a financial institution in which we help our clients settle their debts with creditors via check-by-phone and web pay to creditor’s portal.
I am an organized and detail-oriented person. I sort out things and checking the data or information with care to avoid discrepancies and errors that might affect to the result and performance of my tasks.
I am also reliable, proactive and can thrive into stressful situations.
