I began my career 8 years ago as a Billing and Sales Customer Representative in the BPO industry, working with both telecommunication and financial services accounts. After 2 years, I decided to expand my skill set and joined a back-office company that offered promotional accounts. In this role, I worked as an Order Entry, Order Management, and Sales & Customer Service Representative. My responsibilities included sending proposals, handling pricing and freight inquiries, and managing orders. This experience helped me develop strong organizational skills and gain in-depth knowledge of the products we offered. In 2021, I was offered the opportunity to work as a freelancer. I took on roles as an Executive Assistant and a Virtual Assistant for a Client Success team. My main responsibility was maintaining consistent communication with clients to ensure they were satisfied with our services. I also handled various administrative tasks, which I continue to perform in my current role at an accounting firm. My duties include managing payroll, onboarding and offboarding clients, calendar management, customer service, and email management. We prioritize responding to clients' questions and inquiries promptly to ensure a positive experience.
