***Email Management:
- Interact professionally with borrowers, owners, lenders, agents, realtors, and brokers.
- Submit bids, accept orders, monitor orders, screen revision requests, schedule inspections, and more.
***Research:
- Tax Records, Zoning, Flood Maps, Listings, Comparables, and more.
***Data Entry:
- Write/type appraisal reports via Ala Mode Total
- Photo Labeling
- Sketch Clean-up
- Adding adjustments
***Portal Update:
- Regular monitoring/updating orders in different client portals
- Downloading engagement letters, contracts, addendums, titles, and other documents.
- Uploading reports in PDF, ENV, and XML formats.
- Updating appraiser's profiles, license, and E&O
***Adhocs:
- Monitoring appraisal payments
- Handling the appraiser's schedule
- Providing the best routes for appraisers.
- Review reports before submission.
- Researching properties in Popstream
- Training new VAs
