Hi my name is Denielle but you can call me Den. I am interested in this position. I have 7 years experience in the BPO industry that consists of customer service, sales (outbound/inbound), collections, guest relations in an airline company, technical support. I also have a 3+ years experience in the VA industry as a sales for a life insurance company, lead generation/social media management, customer relations in the real estate media company that handles calls, emails and texts, executive assistant - Email management (email marketing/queries), text and call clients, set appointments for meetings and seminars. I use calendly to book appointments.
Also, I have experience managing, creating and running ad campaigns on Facebook for a Leads vendor for Life insurance, Roofing, Solar, Construction. I create post, manage the scheduled posting and monitor the results of the post.
