Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all inbound and outbound calls, managing sales and support calls, and supporting our client acquisition team. This is a crucial role that requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage sales calls, including following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed records.
Provide exceptional support to our clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
Assist the client acquisition team in identifying potential clients and generating leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support.
Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Inbound & Outbound Sales Skill
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
Experience in sales and customer support is a plus.
