We are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) who can proficiently assist in building and managing a cold email outreach campaign. The ideal candidate will be a driven, strategic thinker with a proven track record in lead generation and nurturing, particularly with cold calling strategies. They will demonstrate excellent time-management skills, as well as the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Mining: Identify potential leads through various methods, including industry research, online searches, and social media platforms. Accurately document and categorize leads for future follow-ups.

Lead Nurturing: Establish and maintain relationships with identified leads. Craft personalized follow-up communications to foster engagement and convert leads into potential business opportunities.

Cold Call Outreach: Utilize excellent communication and persuasion skills to reach out to potential leads via cold calling, providing them with information about our business, products, or services.

Email Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage email outreach campaigns. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.

List-Building Strategy: Use industry knowledge to craft an effective list-building strategy, targeting key demographics and individuals who would benefit from our services or products.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role in sales/marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience with lead generation, lead nurturing, and cold call strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and email campaign software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High-level organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in direction.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Commitment: This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of 20 hours per week. Flexibility in terms of work hours is necessary to align with various time zones if needed.
