Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telephone Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and building lasting relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via telephone to introduce Atplay Marketing’s services.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through diligent follow-up and relationship management.
  • Schedule and conduct phone meetings and presentations with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisitions and revenue growth.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting webinars, online training sessions, and other events to attract and engage potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a telesales, telemarketing, or telephone business development role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients over the phone.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the marketing industry and digital media landscape is a plus.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
