Real Estate Industry. I'm looking for someone who has experience in cold calling in Real Estate Industry. Preferably experienced in Surplus Funds or Tax Overages and Mortgage Overages. Your job includes cold calling and prospecting previous foreclosed owners and educate them what occurs after the sale of foreclosed properties. You must speak good English, must be friendly on the phone, Very Patient, Must be excited to work and having a great attitude. If you're this person please don't hesitate to reach out. This will be a part time job for starters and if this is a great fit for both of us, I will increase it to full time.
