Looking for our next Support/Assistant team member!
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience using Go High Level, REIreply or a similar platform
Assist with support tickets/ FB messages (as needed)
Onboarding (if they have questions after completing the self-onboarding course)
Assist current clients with converting campaigns/triggers to workflows
Cleaning up list of contacts/deleting old accounts
Updating Contacts / Pipeline Stages
Create/update Workflows, Funnels, Automations
Make support videos
Must-Have:
2 years experience using REIReply or Go High Level
Must write and speak good English
Must be comfortable making support videos and jumping on zoom calls to help new/existing clients with account setups
Attention to Detail
