Job Title: Sourcer/Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sourcer/Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on sourcing candidates for various positions across healthcare, information technology, government, and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent in the specified fields.
- Conduct daily outreach to potential candidates via email, text, and phone to discuss job opportunities and gather necessary information.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate preferences.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, file management, and other tasks to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sourcing or recruiting.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with candidates using email, text, and phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing or recruiting is highly desirable.
