Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our digital marketing agency as a Prospector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients who could benefit from our digital marketing services. As a Prospector, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies to engage and convert leads into clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate leads
- Qualify inbound leads to assess their fit and level of interest
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team to further qualify and close leads
- Continuously update and maintain our CRM system with accurate and detailed information
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to refine and improve our prospecting strategies
- Provide regular reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates to the management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or prospecting role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close leads
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and conversion targets
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to optimize prospecting strategies
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
