Must have proven SalesForce Admin Certification.
Must be experienced with pipeline setup, backend creation, connecting Salesforce to the website, creating different case management/ticketing systems, and Setting up email from Sales.
Must be able to work with WordPress websites, update and modify websites when needed, creating Customer facing portals.
Must be able to set up emails from cPanel for new hires.
Must be able to support customers with technical issues when they are in need.
