Job Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments for our real estate agents.
- Follow up on leads from various sources, including online inquiries and referrals.
- Maintain a high volume of calls and consistently meet or exceed targets.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage agents' calendars and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate transactions, including document preparation and filing.
- Update and maintain the customer database (CRM) with accurate information.
- Assist with marketing tasks, such as creating and distributing promotional materials.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work remotely and maintain productivity.
