I am looking for someone who knows how to research properties. I will give you a list, I want you to be able to look at the property card information, look up the last filed deed against the property and put the information in a excel spreadsheet.
Willing to give bonus for work well done and on a timely manner. I have hired VA's before and I don't want to hear excuses of why you cant get the lists completed. Looking for someone permanently with better pay should this realtionshop work out.
