As a Real Estate Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and appointments for our real estate agents by contacting potential prospects via phone and email. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients, so excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential prospects from our provided lists.
- Send personalized and engaging emails to nurture leads and set appointments.
- Qualify and identify potential clients' needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and manage the calendar effectively.
- Continuously update your knowledge of real estate trends and our services to answer prospect inquiries effectively.
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong telemarketing and lead generation experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and the industry is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM software and email marketing platforms is a plus.
**Working Hours:**
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, primarily during standard business hours. You will work closely with our team to determine a schedule that suits your availability.
