Do you love to help businesses grow? Does working for a growing property management company excite you? Our business has an opening for a part time or full time bookkeeper. Our current accounting software is Quickbooks Online. Previous accounting experience is a MUST.
Responsibilities Include-
- - Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, invoices and receipts
- - Invoicing customers
- - Coding transactions from bank feed and credit card feed
- - Using documents to verify, record and process transactions
- - Speak with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate, and payments are received promptly
- - Review financial reports
- - Communicate with vendors to discuss account statuses, charges or discrepancies
Requirements & Skills-
- - Proven work experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role
- - Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation
- - Exceptional time management, communication and problem-solving skills
- - Strong math and research skills
- - Basic computer skills with knowledge of Quickbooks Online
