Your Hearing Dog Inc is a nonprofit that supplies specially trained service dogs to the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. YHD is searching for an administrative assistant for our dog training program to work virtually. 

We are searching for a personable and detail oriented Program Assistant to support the expansion of our hearing service dog training program.

Job Duties:

  • Task based role
  • Supporting evaluation team
  • Evaluation to see if eligible for program
  • Supporting intake of applicants and volunteers
  • Consent forms
  • Tracking forms
  • Uploading forms, documents, and reports to database
  • After evaluation, post evaluation steps
  • Sending reports to co-workers
  • Adding program details in systems
  • Admin support to program team
  • Maintaining files
