Job Title: Digital Marketing Closer/Setter (Contractor)

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
We are a leading digital marketing company seeking a Closer/Setter contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. As a Closer/Setter, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our digital marketing solutions to meet their business objectives.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients through various outreach methods.
• Manage the sales process from start to finish, including conducting needs assessments, presenting proposals, and negotiating and closing deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead-generation campaigns and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and communicate progress and results to management.
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve sales performance and contribute to the growth of the company.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Proven experience as a Closer/Setter in digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Performance-based Incentives:
• A computer or laptop with internet access for researching potential clients, communicating with prospects, and tracking sales activities.
• A phone or communication software for making calls to potential clients and conducting virtual meetings.
• Sales and marketing software to manage leads and track progress, such as a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or a sales funnel software.
• A headset or microphone for clear communication during virtual meetings and calls.
Compensation for the Closer/Setter contractor will be based on performance, with incentives for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Incentives may include bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based rewards as agreed upon by the contractor and the company.
