Job Overview
Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Meeting management including preparing agendas, taking notes, distributing action items and arranging catering
- Communicating on the CEOs behalf both internally and externally
- Email management on behalf of the CEO
- Running errands and attending meetings multiple times per month
- Checking mail and processing to various departments
- Manage calendar, including all meetings, appointments and events
- Coordinate intricate point to point travel arrangements, including domestic and international flights, hotels, cars, and excursions
- Help plan personal and corporate events which will include liaising with venues, managing guest lists and RSVPs, working with the family's private chef to develop menus, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly day of the event
- Liaise with family and assist with personal errands such as facilitating returns and gift purchasing
- Facilitate communication between the family and household staff

- Coordinate, schedule candidate interviews
- Conducts recruitment effort for all hourly personnel including testing and selection process to fill vacant positions
- Assists in the coordination of annual HR events communications, document preparation
- Responsible to organize, prepare and assist with the efficient onboarding process of new hires
- Maintain employee personnel files and updates HR as needed
- Helps to Administer the Employee Performance Evaluation program.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS-
- Must be committed to the highest level of confidentiality, have sound judgment, and be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Proficient with OpenOffice, Excel, PowerPoint, and ADP/Payroll Software (Workday preferred).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

EXPERIENCE
- 3 - 5 years of professional office experience supporting teams
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Demonstrated ability to organize multiple tasks/projects, as well as prioritize tasks within projects
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and work well independently, as well as collaborate with others in a wide variety of internal and external settings and situations
- Experience managing highly sensitive and confidential information with the upmost discretion
EDUCATION
- Bachelors or Associate Degree plus 2-4 years of professional office experience
