Job Brief
We are looking for a Brand Designer & Illustrator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing visual concepts and designs that meet the needs of each customer’s brand’s identity. You will create artwork, such as logos, brand kits, label design packaging, and assist with lifestyle photos and 3D render mockups, using computer software. You will also collaborate with other teams to ensure that your designs accurately reflect their brand’s desired image and messaging.

What does a Brand Designer do?
As a Brand Designer, you will be responsible for receiving a Design Intake Form from the client of each project. Afterwards, you will be responsible for both the creation and revisions of a Logo, Brand Kits (including Brand Colors, Brand Icons, Typography, Gradients and different logo variation layouts) and Label Designs to be applied across multiple products. You will also be responsible for sharing your completed designs to a Project Manager Assistant, who will, then, share them with the client for approval. You will be responsible for completing each design in a specified target timeframe in order to support the overall delivery due date for each respective project. You will also be working with our Head of Design to create and organize templates, mockups and examples of Logos, Brand Kits, Label Designs as well as any other design requests we may require to help with the successful delivery of a customer project.
Responsibilities Include:
- BASIC Projects
- Review the Information from the Design Intake Form and the Marketing Strategy Call
- To create Logos, Brand Kits and Initial Label Design Concepts
- Communicating and Sharing Project Deliverables with the clients inside of Mastering Ecommerce Client Dashboard
- Send Approved Label Design Concepts (up to 3 products) to Honeycomm Manager
- Completing Revision Requests from Clients
- Providing Updates to the PMA Team, via Slack, to update the Status of the Project inside Mastering Ecommerce Request Stage
- Help Update Universal Product Sheet based on feedback and changes requested by the Quality Control team at Honeycomm with updated FDA and cGMP compliance standards for claims
- LEGACY & DYNASTY Projects
- Review the Information from the Design Intake Form and the Marketing Strategy Call
- To create Logos, Brand Kits and Initial Label Design Concepts
- Communicating and Sharing Project Deliverables with the PMAs inside of Slack
- Send Approved Label Design Concepts (up to 30 products) to Honeycomm Manager
- Completing Revision Requests from Clients
- Providing Updates to the PMAs to update the Status of the Project inside of Mastering Ecommerce
- Help Update Universal Product Sheet based on feedback and changes requested by the Quality Control team at Honeycomm with updated FDA and cGMP compliance standards for claims
- Additional Projects
- Work with the Head of Design to create templates, mockups, brands and other creatives to assist in the successful delivery of each project or to help promote Mastering Ecommerce services.
Requirements and Skills We Like to See For This Role:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a brand design or illustration role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and illustration styles and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing design needs and priorities
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, but not required
